Make your own dueling tree at a fraction of the cost compared to purchasing one that is pre-built. Constructed from 3/8″ AR550 ballistic grade steel, these paddles can take some severe abuse! Each AR550 paddle measures 6″ in diameter.  Shoot with any pistol/magnum round from any safe distance (we highly recommend a minimum of 10 yards for maximum safety)! Shoot with high-caliber (ball ammo) center-fire weapons traveling 3200 feet per second (FPS) or less from 100 yards. Building this dueling tree is super easy!Optional .22LR Paddles: We have added optional paddles so shooters can use .22LR ammo (assuming you can find it)! Ammo is expensive, so our newly added 1/4″ A36 Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled (HRPO) paddles are sure to react with this light caliber ammo. Designed for .22 roundsonly. You risk damage to the target should you shoot with higher caliber ammunition!Optional Pivot Tube Upgrade: As an option, we've added BEEFY 1.5″ DOM pivot tubes. The DOM pivot tubes provide extreme resistance to wear and are twice the thickness of our our standard pivot tubes provided with the kit. Your dueling tree will get a lot more life from the additional strength of the thicker walled pivot tubes. Well worth the upgrade!Recommendations: When building your tree, we recommend purchasing 1.5″ angle iron in .25 thickness. The height of the tree is up to you. Also, when welding the angle iron to the base, always have the top of the angle iron leaned toward the shooter, with the “V” facing the shooter as well (to protect the pivot tube). This way gravity will keep the targets to either the left or right position and you won't have to worry about them getting stuck.Don't forget to add our Multi-Purpose Base (MPB). The Target Man™ IPSC 66% for Multi-Purpose Base Stand By popular demand, here you have it! We have added a regular 66% IPSC target for use with our patent-pending Multi-Purpose Base (MPB).So, if you have a MPB and you already own a reactive target system, this 66% IPSC target can be used and slid right in to the “throat” (the piece that holds your reactive target to the angle iron). If you don’t already have an MPB, please select “Add MPB and Throat” and we’ll ship everything out that you’ll need.We have angle iron as an option (in Replacements and Add Ons), but I suggest NOT buying it. The angle iron literally costs us about $7/piece, which is what you can source it locally for. The shipping is the killer, which is why we have to charge so much. You MUST use 1.5″ x .25 American-spec (standard type) angle iron. Available at most home improvement stores or any steel yard.This target is sure to provide hours of fun. We’ve taken everything in to consideration while designing our patent-pending Multi-Purpose Base (MPB). The MPB was engineered with many different key factors. Here’s some benefits of our MPB…     Portable! The MPB was designed with collapsible legs for easy transport. The MPB is designed to fit in to the trunk of the smallest sedan!     Durable! The MPB is constructed from 3/8″ mild steel with an AR500 protector plate. The AR500 protector plate protects the base from errant shots.     Replaceable components! Should you have a stray bullet hit the base, we offer replacement legs!     Light Weight! Compared to other bases, our base weighs much less     Universal! Engineered to easily adapt to ALL of our target systems     Collapsible! With the pull of a few pins, the legs quickly pop off our target base. Assembly is just as easy!     Sturdy! You don’t have to worry about “wobble”. The MPB features 2 angle iron inserts. One insert ensures the angle iron is in the vertical position. The vertical position is for our reactive series targets. The angled position, which ensures the angle iron sits at an approximate 22 degree “lean” toward the shooter, ensures the correct angle when utilizing our dueling tree target systems. The only needed for the shooter to source would be the angle iron.
